My SurfTab is not responding. What do I do?
If you can no longer use the device or if the device no longer responds to input, reset the device. Press and hold down the on/off button until the device switches off. Wait for about 20 seconds and then turn the device on normally.
Can I upgrade my SurfTab to a newer version of Android™?
If a firmware upgrade is available for your device, you can download it on our homepage under ‘Downloads’. A firmware upgrade may also be downloaded directly to your device via OTA, depending on your device.

How do I access external storage devices (USB stick, SD card)?
When you connect an external storage device, the SurfTab displays a message to the effect that a device has been connected. Once this message is no longer visible, you can use a file explorer app (such as ‘ES File Explorer’ or ‘FileBrowser’ etc., available from the Google Play Store) to access and manage your data (copy, delete, edit).
