Company focus and foundation:
TrekStor was founded 2001 in the hessian Lorsch by Daniel Szmigiel. First the company concentrated its production on USB-Sticks. 2003 the external hard drives were added and afterwards MP3-Player.Today TrekStor offers a comprehensive product family for the enjoyment of music and for the storage of data on USB-Sticks and external hard drives:

Head office location, product development and production:
The TrekStor head office is located in the south hessian Lorsch near Darmstadt. No matter if MP3-Player, hard drives or USB-Sticks - all TrekStor products are developed in Germany and are produced both in Germany and in Asia and are distributed in over 30 countries.The TrekStor GmbH is part of the Hongkong based Telefield International (Holdings) Limited .
